Most AI advice starts with the technology. This starts with the constraint — and the constraint is not known until the diagnostic is done. One fixed price covers everything after the call.

Step two

Diagnostic & Recommendation

£1,750

A structured diagnostic of process, technology, data and the tools you already pay for. You get a report that names the one constraint that matters most, sets out the options with indicative costs, makes a clear recommendation, and includes an implementation brief. Played back to you within 10 working days, then, with your consent, handed to an implementation partner of your choice.

Implementation is carried out by an implementation partner, who quotes and contracts with you directly. LodeTec can suggest partners and takes no commission or referral fee.

£595 fixed price

A small site that tells customers who you are and how to reach you.

  • Set up to be found on Google
  • Live on your own domain, secure by default (HTTPS)
  • You review it and we make 1 round of changes before it goes live
  • Your site files and domain are always yours

Standard

£1,450 fixed price

A complete small business site that brings in enquiries and bookings.

  • Your content for each page, edited into finished copy

Extra pages: £95 each, using your site's existing layout and your content. Pages needing a new layout or new features are quoted first. Need custom features or copy written from scratch? We'll quote it separately.

After launch

A monthly plan that keeps it running

Every site needs one of these. Choose Hosting & Upkeep if your site rarely changes, or Care if you expect to update prices, offers or photos.

Hosting & Upkeep

£35 a month

For sites that rarely change.

Hosting & Upkeep includes:
  • Fast, secure hosting with SSL
  • Domain and DNS looked after
  • Spam protection on your forms
  • We fix anything that stops working
  • Changes £25 each, when you need them
Recommended

Care Plan

£60 a month

For businesses whose prices, offers or photos change.

Care Plan includes:
  • Everything in Hosting & Upkeep
  • Up to 3 small changes every month
  • Extra changes £25 each

What counts as a small change?

Swapping text or an image, or a minor copy edit. A new page using your existing layout is £95. New layouts, redesigns and added functionality are quoted first.

How long do I sign up for?

No long contract. Move between plans at any time, or cancel with 30 days' notice.

How do I pay?

Monthly by Direct Debit. Any extra changes appear on the next month's invoice.

What if I leave?

Your site files and domain are yours. We'll hand them over free, or move the site to a new host for you for a one off fee of £475.
